It is with much regret that today the importance of football results are drawn into little significance as we hear of the loss of Roy Holdom, a loyal Jets supporter who followed son Ian to many of his almost 700 appearances. In good weather and bad, competitive or friendly, Roy would be there.
On behalf of all at Jets and the football family we send our deepest condolences to Ian and all his family at this very sad time, and thank Ian for the pleasure of the company of such a polite and dignified man throughout his football life at Jets spanning decades.
