Lewis Putman pounces to make it 1-0
On 37 minutes, just like he did in the final of this competition 12 years ago, Lewis Putman gets our first goal of the game following a beautiful ball across by Nuggs. 1-0
Ben Delicata make it 2-0 with a powerful header.
Six minutes later Jets extended their lead from a set piece. Archie James crossed the ball to the back post for Craig Stephen-Lett to head across the face of the goal to Ben Delicata to head home. 2-0 HT
Kleyton De Biazze rattles the crossbar
Lewis Putman poaches his second 3-0
Jets sealed the win on 80 minutes when Lewis Putman pulled in to the edge of the box to Kleyton whose shot struck against the bar and Putman was there again to slot home! 3-0.
Lewis reacts quickest to score his hat-trick 4-0
The match was not quite over though. In the 92nd minute a hot from Archie James was saved by the Sawbo keeper but he couldn’t hold on to it and Lewis Putman, first to react, stepped in to poke it into the net for 4-0 and another hat-trick – that’s 11 goals for him in the last 4 games!
Archie James was Jets Man of the Match in a game were there good performances all round, with Olly Pope and, of course, Lewis Putman with his hat-trick pushing him close.
