Combined Counties Division One Challenge Cup Round 1
Jets were in awesome form in the first half of this Division One Challenge Cup tie against highly rated Eversley & California, scoring four without reply with some red-hot football.

Jets went in front in the 15th minute when the ball fell to Sam Hamerton in the box and he made no mistake with his finish!

Sam Hamerton made it two for him and for Jets in the 17th minute, Owen Ayres driving forward and picking out Sam for another decisive finish.
Jets were on a charge and playing some flowing football. In the 31st minute Jets played a short corner that caught Eversley by surprise, Dylan Hickman-Singh came in with the ball, cutting in on his left and whipping it into the bottom corner, off the post. 3-0 Jets.

Dylan made it four in the 37th minute, this time firing home from 25 yards. 4-0 HT
To their credit, Eversley & California did not cave in and for the first 20 minutes of the second half, they were the better team and pulled a goal back in the 65th minute.
Big Ben strikes 5
Jets, however, then got back on track and, making good use of all their substitutes, pulled clear with two further goals. The 5th came from Ben Delicata, defender turned striker, knocking the ball around his man and then beating the oncoming keeper. 5-1 (85 mins)

Archie James completed the scoring a minute later. Owen Ayres (who had 4 assists on the night and won the Carlsberg Man of the Match award on a night of some exceptional performances) provided another inch-perfect ball to Archie James who made a smart finish from a tight angle. 6-1 Jets FT
