It was a record that some thought would never be broken - Bennie Higham's 755 appearances for the Jets. But the record went on Saturday as Eddie O'Connor notched his 756th appearance.
Eddie has played on through the niggles and injuries to make the record, so even a heavy defeat against Old Parmiterians couldn't spoil his celebrations on Saturday night.
Well done Eddie!

Congratulations to Steve Marshall who started acting as linesman for Jets Reserves two seasons ago. Steve completed and passed his full referee's course with the Hertfordshire FA this month.
Well done Steve!!

More recognition for Graham O'Brien and the work that has been done to improve the Jets pitch in the last couple of seasons.
Graham and his wife were invited to a National FA awards dinner in early September were Graham was given a Highly Commended Award for his achievements. Well done Graham!

Sponsored by the F.A. to promote football at all levels, Jets were one of 16 teams chosen to feature on the electronic advertising hoardings around Wembley during the England v Slovenia game. The adverts were captured on TV coverage behind the England goal.
Jets are also featured on the F.A. website as part of the "Get Into Football" campaign, with photos of Marc Ayres with a Womble and this year's Jets First Team Photo.
